Imagine, you’re a member of golden dawn. And your friend, or relative that also goes to golden dawn tells you he went to a movie. Isaac and the deacons find out. Malakos is the word and its meaning is soft figuratively relating to the term catamite. Catamite which in Ancient Greece at the time of this scripture was a prepubescent boy who was intimate (sexually intimate) with another older male. Catamites had pederastic relationships with older men. Look up pederastic relationships for further research.
Let’s see what sissify means. In 1897, make a male effeminate or more effeminate. This hasn’t changed much. Look it up in the oxford dictionary or any dictionary. As sissify is the verb of sissy which points out the emasculation of a man.
Effeminate and sissy were interchangeable and will always be.

No one is making a reductionist argument. Words have definitions. You can say the biblical Greek doesn’t support modern simplifications, but the root of a word matters especially within the context of biblical teachings.
